TAXES

4. Orders in Canada will be charged Canadian sales taxes
5. International orders are subject to duty and customs fees. We are not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

SHIPPING

7. Canada orders over $50 qualify for free shipping
8. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex or DHL
9. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed
10. Allow 2-4 business days for order processing
11. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received
12. Packages returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery will not be refunded
13. In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete address, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipping of your order
